We can transcribe verbatim or edit into a more scripted, concise and grammatical version of the audio file.

We accept any audio file format and can convert into Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF documents.

Finished transcripts can be returned via Email, on CD or as a print hardcopy. We can even arrange to have a Braille copy produced if requested.

Audio files can contain a single contributor, one-to-one dialogue or group discussions. Audio quality does not need to be perfect. We can work with any accent, but only in the English language.

We can not provide a general cost as rates depend on audio quality, file length, number of contributors and subject matter. However, our rates are highly competitive and payment plans can be arranged.

• An invoice is only issued once a client is completely satisfied with the finished transcript
• Payment is due within 14 days of this date or within the payment period agreed
• If we don't complete by the agreed deadline we offer a 25% discount
• We accept payment via cheque, PayPal, debit/credit card and bank transfer
• Quotes provided within 24 hours
• No obligation to accept and all prices negotiable
