Second hand mobile phones do not come with a manufacturer's warranty as standard. However, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights. All handsets are tested to ensure they are in full working order. We do not sell faulty mobile phones. Any cosmetic inperfections will be clearly stated. If TALKS is required, the software will be installed and registered before dispatch. SIM-Free phones are open to O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Virgin-Mobile and Vodafone. Any network lock will be clearly stated. We do not offer an unlocking service. Please remember unlocking a mobile phone will affect its warranty. Second hand mobile phones sold with Nuance TALKS will have the upgrade allowance already used unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that if this is the case, the license remains the property of the original purchaser.
