Ordering

• Orders can be placed online, by Email and by phone
• Orders can be placed by anyone resident in the UK
• Non-UK residents should contact us before placing an order as prices may vary
• All orders will be confirmed by Email or SMS as requested when received and despatched

Paying

• We accept Debit/credit cards, PayPal, cheque and bank transfer
• Debit/credit cards are processed by PayPal and we do not have access to your card details
• Make cheques payable to Barbara Wilson and send to Creative Eyes Consultancy, 56 Roxborough Park, Moy, Dungannon, Co Tyrone, Northern Ireland BT71 7SU
• Send bank transfers to account name Barbara Wilson, Sort Code 98-01-90, Account No. 05701175
• If paying for TALKS online a 5% fee is applied
• We offer a three month payment plan on all orders £100.00 and over when paying by cheque or bank transfer

Shipping

• All prices include delivery
• All orders sent either Recorded Post or Next Working Day Delivery depending on their value
• A signature will be required on receipt of all purchases

Refunds & Returns

• A full refund including return postage is issued if any item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described
• A full refund excluding return postage is issued within 14 days of receipt if you are not completely happy with your purchase
• If returning an item for any reason you are responsible for that item until it is delivered to us
• Please package any returns securely, post by insured delivery and get a receipt from the Post-Office
• We hope all customers are delighted with their purchase and if this is not the case will endeavour to deal with any issues in accordance with the relevant consumer protection legislation
