Creative Eyes Consultancy now offer an innovative new service open to anyone regardless of whether or not they are using Skype.

What is Skype?

Skype is a free program download which allows users to hold voice or Instant Message chats with other Skype users totally free of charge. Purchase SkypeIn with free voicemail and you will be given a UK local rate number on which anyone can call you from anywhere in the world using a standard landline or mobile. Buy SkypeOut credit and you can use your computer like a phone and call landlines and mobiles anywhere in the world.

All of this from your computer in the comfort of your own home.

Now you can call Creative Eyes Consultancy on Skype using Skype for a voice chat or our SkypeIn number from your landline or mobile. All contact details and links to download Skype are on this page.

What We Offer



We offer training, support and advice over Skype to anyone, from their home, office or place of work/study.

Who would benefit from our Skype service?:

Just some of the reasons why the Skype solution might be the one for you.

We can talk you through personalising program settings and features, how to perform a specific function, downloading and installing files, using programs and fixing common problems. And if it's a fix you're after and we can't provide it, then you don't pay...No fix no fee!

While we specialise in training and supporting those using assistive technologies such as Screen Readers, anyone using a computer running Windows is welcome to avail of our services.

Are you a JAWS user? Or teaching/supporting a JAWS user? Let us help you and save yourself those costly fees. By using Skype, you only pay for the time we are assisting you, no daily rate, just pay for what you need...when you need it!

Cost



For training, support and advice over Skype, we charge £10.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of £10.00.

Customers can contact us on a one-off basis or arrange a series of short sessions. If more than one hourly session is booked, clients will qualify for a discount.

We will ask for an Email and postal address to which invoices are sent.

So How Does It Work?



  • If you have Skype installed and want to call us free from your computer, our Username is creativeeyes.
  • If you do not have Skype installed or would prefer to call us by phone, our number is 02895811500.
  • Calling us by landline or mobile is charged at local rate and leaves your computer free for any work that needs to be carried out.
  • If you are calling us to book a time that suits you and we are not available, please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you to make arrangements.
